I first encountered Tyler as his 5th grade basketball coach. Yes, we go way, back. It was obvious Tyler even then that he was gifted in all things “quant”. He could recite endless statistics on his performance, the team’s capabilities, etc….. truly impressive. Through his intense military experiences, he is one of the coolest heads I’ve ever encountered in my career. He uses his emotional coolness and his deep quant talents as a professional poker player, having won several WSOP events. Yes, he’s that good.
